We do not offer refunds, returns, or "redos" if the name was entered incorrectly or buyer forgot to note "no family" or add an apostrophe in the personalization box. Mockups are only provided on NEW custom designs. 

*ITEM DOES COME SEALED. Please note that even this will not protect wood from weather if placed outdoor long term. You will need to continue sealing as needed.
